JoAnne Hollmann is a thirty-year veteran telecommunicator. She has worked for both city police departments and county sheriff departments; dispatching police, fire and EMS. She has held positions as a lead telecommunicator, training officer and hostage negotiator on the ERT team. Her department has named her “Telecommunicator of the Year” and honored her with a Career Recognition Award.

JoAnne holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an associate degree in Police Science. She is a certified instructor at several technical colleges in Wisconsin. JoAnne has developed and instructed a variety of Radio Communication classes for telecommunicators, police officers and police science students nationwide.

JoAnne has been married over thirty years. She lives with her husband and her white German Shepard in Appleton, Wisconsin.
